I had never done a carved cake before this one. Only used fondant once before.
Did not know how it would turn out.
Had to assemble cake away from home so I got all ready before hand I could.
Knew I wouldn't have but limited time and luck everything would turn out.
Wanted head done before I left so I started with Styro ball.
Used large popsicle sticks to stick out for ruff and ears.
Strung wire across them, then covered all with fondant.

Painted with dry food color mixed with lemon flavoring
